Covid-Related Business Interruption Claims

On September 9th, the GNYCC hosted an online webinar presented by Daniel Leav Esq. of Leav and Steinberg LLP, that educated businesses concerning their legal rights in seeking payment for their business losses due to the Covid Pandemic. He discussed Business Interruption insurance claims and how to force insurance carriers to fairly assess and/or pay for losses due to Covid.

Daniel is an attorney who has represented businesses and individuals with insurance claims for over twenty years. He was one of the lead attorneys who successfully sued insurance companies in the wake of Super Storm Sandy, eventually getting nearly every insurance carrier to fairly adjust the losses.
